The 4th Plenary Session of the 1st Session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, election meeting, will be convened at 3:00 p.m. on March 14th, 2018. Journalists shall go through security check at the south passage of the East Gate of the GHP with CPPCC press cards 90 minutes in advance. Journalists with press cards marked with number 2 should wait in the Liaoning Hall on the 2nd floor, and those with large photo and video cameras are allowed to place the equipments on the 2nd floor of the Grand Auditorium (cameras should be back to the rostrum and switched off), exiting before 14:45. When admission is allowed, please follow the lead of the staff. Be sure to obey the venues order and rules for interview.
