- Assisting the Secretary-General to establish and implement working programs or strategic action plans and decisions taken by the internal bodies - Promoting activities and works through information communications products - Managing the website - Keeping contact with all members and partners - Coordinating and monitoring our partnerships with ILO and UNDESA, yearly working groups activities and special event (MDGs Awards) - Planning and organizing all AICESIS international events around the world by providing support and preparing documents and notes
