Appointment System Operation Guide
1. Download conference documents and announcements: Select 【Documents and Announcements】- click 【Download】 on the left menu to download conference documents.
2. Reporter appointment: Select 【Reporter appointment】 - 【Add】 - 【Fill in appointment information】 - 【Confirm】 on the left menu to complete the appointment submission.
3. Appointment query: Select 【Reporter Appointment】 on the left menu - 【Query】 - 【Fill in query keywords: member name/application result/interview subject/planned interview time】 - click 【OK】 to complete appointment inquiries.
