February, 28th The sixth presidential session of the third committee of CCRP was held in Beijing. Deng Zongliang, Resident Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Ethnic and Religious Affairs of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and advisor of CCRP, attended the meeting.
August, 24th The seventh presidential session of the third committee of CCRP was held. Deng Zongliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and advisor of CCRP, attended the meeting.
August, 25th-29th A CCRP delegation, headed by Deng Zongliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC as advisor, and Chen Guangyuan, Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Ethnic and Religious Affairs ofthe National Committee of the CPPCC, Vice President of CCRP, and President of China Islamic Association as head, attended ACRP Assembly VIII in R.O.K.
September, 16th The first plenary session of the fourth committee of CCRP was held in Beijing. Yu Zhengsheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and President of the National Committee of the CPPCC, met with the participants and delivered a speech.
September, 19th-22nd CCRP attended the RfP International Executive Committee (EC) Meeting and the Inter-religious Forum on Climate Change in New York as observer.
October, 23rd-25th Deng Zongliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and advisor of CCRP, attended the working meeting hosted by CCRP and KCRP Secretariat delegations at the working organs of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and exchanged views on further promoting friendly cooperation between the two parties. CCRP hosted a delegation headed by Rev. Jin-Heung Byun, Secretary-General of KCRP, for a working visit.
October, 24th Deng Zongliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and advisor of CCRP, presided over the second working meeting between CCRP and KCRP Secretariat delegations at the working organs of the National Committee of the CPPCC.
October, 31st Wang Zhengwei, Vice President of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and Chairperson of thethe National Ethnic Affairs Commission of the PRC, met with the Indonesian Islamic delegation headed by Din Syamsuddin, Moderator of ACRP, Head of the Indonesian Muslim Intellectuals Association, and Chief of Indonesia’s Muhammadiyah, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Deng Zongliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and advisor of CCRP, attended the meeting. The Indonesian Islamic delegation paid a visit to China from October 28th to November 3rd at the invitation of China Islamic Association.
December, 7th-11th A CCRP delegation attended the IPCR Seminar in R.O.K.

March, 14th The second plenary session of the fourth committee of CCRP was held at Beijing Friendship Hotel.
June, 1st-5th A CCRP delegation with Ma Yinglin, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the CPPCC, Vice President of CCRP, and President of Bishop’s Conference of Catholic Church in China as head, and consisting of representatives from China’s five major religions, attended the ACRP 2015 Annual EC Meeting in Bandung, Indonesia.
July, 3rd The second Secretary-General’s Meeting of the fourth committee of CCRP was held at the working organs of the National Committee of the CPPCC.
July, 6th-10th A 2-member CCRP delegation headed by Lacan, full-time Deputy Secretary-General of CCRP, participated in the visiting team organized by ACRP and paid a visit to Nepal to inspect the post-disaster situation in Kathmandu and its surrounding areas, and to draft an ACRP assistance plan for rehabilitation and reconstruction of Nepal.
July, 29th-31st A delegation headed by Keiji Kunitomi, Secretary-General of RfP Japan, paid a working visit to China at the invitation of CCRP Secretariat. During the visit, both parties had a working meeting and signed the Bilateral Exchange Agreement. The RfP Japan working group also visited several national religious groups in Beijing.
September, 23rd Vice President Ma Biao attended the Corban Festival (or Eid al-Adha) 2015 reception hosted by China Islamic Association in Beijing. Zhang Qiujian, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and advisor of CCRP, and Xiao Min, Resident Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Ethnic and Religious Affairs, attended the reception.
October, 12th-16th CCRP hosted a 12-member delegation with Gwanjoon Kim, Secretary-General of KCRP as head, and consisting of representatives of R.O.K’s six major religions (Buddhism, Cheondoism, Christianity, Catholicism, Won-Buddhism, and Confucianism) and departmental leaders of religious affairs of the R.O.K government. Both parties had a working meeting and renewed the Bilateral Exchange Agreement, and the delegation visited religious venues and groups in Beijing and Yunnan.
November, 21st-23rd A CCRP delegation headed by Guo Chengzhen, Vice President of CCRP, and Vice President and Secretary-General of China Islamic Association, attended the IPCR Seminar in R.O.K.
November, 23rd-December, 2nd CCRP hosted a delegation with Luigi De Salvia, Secretary-General of RfP Italy as head, and consisting of representatives of Catholicism, Hinduism and Bahai Faith. Both parties had a working meeting, and the delegation visited religious venues and groups in Beijing and Shanghai.
December, 3rd-10th A CCRP delegation paid visits to the UK and Mexico at the invitation of RfP UK and the Inter-Religious Council of Mexico (CIM).
December, 6th-10th A 2-member delegation headed by Miaoxian, member of CCRP, Executive Director of Buddhist Association of China, member of Tianjin Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, and Vice President of Tianjin Buddhist Association, paid a visit to the “2015 Asia Religious Youth Peace Camp” in Cambodia at the invitation of ACRP.

The delegation visited the venue of the 2017 Annual EC Meeting.
October, 24th-27th A delegation headed by Xiao Min, advisor of CCRP, attended the ACRP leadership meeting and a seminar to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of ACRP in Kyoto, Japan.
November, 16th-20th A 3-member CCRP delegation headed by Qiao Bianyun, member of CCRP, a nun from the Ministry of Nuns of China Patriotic Catholic Association, and Bishop’s Conference of Catholic Church in China, paid a visit to the “2016 Asia Religious Youth Peace Camp” in Manila, Philippines.
November, 28th-December, 1st A KCRP Secretariat delegation headed by Gwanjoon Kim, Secretary-General of KCRP, paid a visit to CCRP Secretariat, and both parties had a working meeting. The delegation consists of representatives of Anglican Church of Korea, Won-Buddhism, and Bahai Faith, and they visited relevant departments and religious groups in Beijing and Shanghai.

March, 23rd-30th A CCRP delegation paid visits to the U.S. and Peru during March 23rd-30th, 2017 at the invitation of the RfP International headquarter, RfP Latin-America and Caribbean Region, and Inter-religious Committee of Peru.
May, 20th The ACRP 2017 Annual EC Meeting hosted by CCRP opened at Beijing Friendship Hotel. Zhang Qiujian, advisor of CCRP, attended and delivered a welcome speech. Advisor Xiao Min attended the meeting.
May, 18th-22nd The ACRP 2017 Annual EC Meeting, hosted by CCRP in Beijing, invited representatives of the religious communities from Vietnam and Laos as guests to learn about the work of ACRP at the request of RfP International. During the meeting, Lacan, Secretary-General of CCRP, was invited to hold informal talks with representatives of RfP International, Vietnam and Laos.
July, 7th-9th A CCRP delegation headed by Adiljan Haj Kerim, member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, Deputy Secretary-General of CCRP, and Vice President of China Islamic Association, and Liu Yuanlong, member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, Deputy Secretary-General of CCRP, and Vice President and Secretary-General of China Patriotic Catholic Association, attended the 2017 IPCR Seminar in Busan, R.O.K at the invitation of IPCR and KCRP.
July, 19th-23rd A CCRP delegation headed by Jin Wei, member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, member of CCRP, Vice President of China Christian Council, and President of National Committee of YWCAs of China, attended the conference themed “Empowering Women Against Modern Slavery” hosted by APWFN in Manila, Philippines, and delivered a speech.
August, 25th-30th CCRP hosted a 27-member delegation with Nichiko Niwano, President of RfP Japan as head, and consisting of representatives of Japanese Buddhism (Rissho Kosei-kai), Shinto (Ennokyo and Konkokyo sects), Christianity and Islam, as well as Rev. Nobuhiro Nemoto, Secretary-General of ACRP. CCRP held special talks with the delegation and arranged visits to Yunnan and Beijing.

September, 11th Bate’er, Vice President of the National Committee of the CPPCC, hosted a delegation headed by Desmond Cahill, Deputy Moderator and Co-president of ACRP, at the National Committee of the CPPCC auditorium. September, 11th-14th CCRP hosted a delegation headed by representatives of the ACRP leaders and members of the Development and Environment Committee of ACRP. A seminar themed “Religions and Ecological Civilization Development and the Environment in Diversifying Societies” was held in Beijing, followed by a visit to Zhejiang.

Guo Jun, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, attended and delivered a speech on behalf of the General Office. Yang Faming, Vice President of CCRP, presided over the meeting. Vice Presidents, Ma Yinglin and Zhang Fenglin, and advisor Xiao Min attended, among others.
November, 7th-11th A CCRP visiting team with Guo Jun, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC as leader, and Yang Faming, Vice President of CCRP as head, paid a visit to Yunnan. The team held a workshop to exchange experience on foreign affairs of CCRP, and a meeting on theoretical matters related to improving the work of CCRP.
November, 13th Pagbalha Geleg Namgyai, Vice President of CCRP, listened to a report by Guo Jun, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, on CCRP’s recent work in Lhasa. Guo Jun met with several members of CCRP in Lhasa, and solicited opinions and suggestions on the work of CCRP.
November, 26th-30th A CCRP delegation headed by Ming Sheng, a representative of the National People’s Congress, member of CCRP, and Vice President of Buddhist Association of China, attended the “International Seminar on World Peace through Interfaith and Intra-faith Dialogue” in Dhaka, at the invitation of RfP Bangladesh.

July, 2nd The preparatory meeting of the first plenary session of the fifth committee of CCRP was held at Beijing Friendship Hotel, Deng Zongliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, attended, among others. After the meeting, Yang Faming, Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Ethnic and Religious Affairs, presided over the presidium meeting of the first plenary session of the fifth committee of CCRP.
July, 3rd Wang Yang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and President of the National Committee of the CPPCC, hosted the delegates and guests who attended the first plenary session of the fifth committee of CCRP at the National Committee of the CPPCC auditorium. August, 17th-25th A CCRP delegation headed by Deng Zongliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and Executive Vice President of CCRP, attended RfP’s 10th World Assembly in Germany. August, 27th CCRP held the second presidential session of the fifth committee of CCRP at the working organs of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and the CCRP delegation that attended RfP’s 10th World Assembly was reported during the meeting. Deng Zongliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the CPPCC, and Executive Vice President of CCRP, presided over the meeting. He underlined the spirit of the Central Conference on CPPCC Work, and invited departmental leaders to give a lecture entitled “Development Trends of World Religions and Further Advancing External Friendly Exchanges among China’s Religious Circles in the New Era” as supplement. January, 25th Lacan, Secretary-General of CCRP, and member of the 12th Council of the Chinese Association for International Understanding (CAFIU), was invited to attend the webinar themed “Promoting China-Sri Lanka Friendship and Jointly Building an Asian Community with Shared Civilizations” co-organized by CAFIU and the Association for Sri Lanka-China Social and Cultural Cooperation (ASLCSCC), and delivered a speech. He introduced the religious and cultural exchanges between China and Sri Lanka, and advocated the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind.

April, 21st-22nd CCRP and China Religious Culture Communication Association co-hosted the sub-forum on “Dialogue of Religious Leaders” of BFA Annual Conference 2022. June 30th Ven.Li Guangfu, Vice President of CCRP, and President of Taoist Association of China, participated in an Expert Roundtable co-hosted by RfP International and the UN Secretary-General’s High-Level Advisory Board on Effective Multilateralism, with the theme of “Faith, Governance and Multilateralism.” Secretary-General Mr. Lacan and Deputy Secretary-General Ms. Yu Shuang of CCRP accompanied the conference.

September 3rd On the morning of September 3rd, in response to the initiative of China Committee on Religion and Peace (CCRP), the Buddhist Association of China convened the “Prayer for World Peace in Commemoration of the 77th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War” at Guangji Temple in Beijing. Yanjue, Vice President of CCRP and President of the Buddhist Association of China, Hongdu, Deputy Secretary-General of the Buddhist Association of China, and Puzheng, Deputy Secretary-General of CCRP and Deputy Secretary-General of the Buddhist Association of China, presided over the prayer. Lancan, Secretary-General of CCRP, was in attendance. December 21st On December 21st, the 3rd International Seminar on Religions and Ecological Civilization co-hosted by CCRP and Religions for Peace (RfP-International) was successfully convened online.Ven.Pagbalha Geleg Namgyai, Vice President of the National Committee of the CPPCC and President of CCRP addressed written remarks. Imam Yang Faming,Vice President of CCRP,presided over the meeting. Vice Presidents of CCRP,Ven.Yan Jue,Ven.Li Guangfu,Rev.Ma Yinglin, and Rev.Xu Xiaohong,attended and delivered speeches. Nearly 30 representatives of Religions for Peace national chapters, religious figures, experts and scholars from China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Timor L’este, Italy, Peru and other countries attended the seminar.
