Henry Ying Tung Fok, male, Han nationality, a native of Panyu, Guangdong Province, born in May 1923

He founded Henry Fok Estates Limited and Yau Wing Company Limited and became their president of board of directors in 1953. He successively served as president of Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, president and permanent honorary president of Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, president and permanent honorary president of Hong Kong Football Association, member of FIFA Executive Committee, honorary president of World Badminton Federation, member of Drafting Committee for Basic Law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), vice-chairman of Preliminary Working Committee of Preparatory Committee for HKSAR; vice-chairman of Preparatory Committee for HKSAR and vice-chairman of HKSAR Selection Committee, etc. He held the post of vice-chairman of CPPCC National Committee from March 1993. ??

He was a Standing Committee member of 5th and 6th CPPCC National Committees, vice- chairman of 8th and 9th CPPCC National Committee and member of 7th NPC Standing Committee.

He passed away on October 28, 2006.
