Abdul'ahat Abdulrixit, male, Uygur nationality, a native of Yining of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, born in March 1942; joined Communist Party of China (CPC) in July 1960; began working in September 1965; a graduate who majored in electrical engineering at Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Xinjiang Institute of Engineering, and a senior engineer.
