Xu Kuangdi, male, Han nationality, a native of Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province, born in December 1937; joined Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1983; began working in September 1959, a university graduate who majored in ferrous metallurgy at Department of Metallurgy, Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology, and a professor and academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering.
